OIL SERVICE

Innovative technology of compressor oil production
Innovation:
We would like to bring to your attention the new innovative equipment for production of anhydrous oil.
As an alternative to pumping production, a compressor method is proposed, with the location of the compressor on the surface of the wells. Energy-saving compressor method of operation allows oil production without lifting to the surface of associated water and without the use of underground pumps. The technology is energy efficient, ergonomic, independent of import.
We propose to reduce the cost of oil production by half, using an innovative method of oil production without the use of underground pumps. One nitrogen compressor station (instead of one gas turbine generator) can replace all underground pumps, control stations, reduce the production of electricity on the platform to the level of its consumption only for drilling, PPD and household needs.

ALTERNATIVE

Energy-saving compressor method of operation allows oil production without lifting to the surface of associated water and without the use of underground pumps. The technology is energy efficient, ergonomic, import-independent.

TECHNOLOGY

The main difference is that the wells are operated simultaneously as producing and injection wells with natural separation of the lifted liquid in the production well column.

EFFICIENCY

1) Reducing the percentage of water in oil and increasing the oil recovery rate;
2) Reduction of energy consumption and cost of ground water infrastructure;
3) Reduction of costs for repair of underground oilfield equipment.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

We would like to bring to your attention the new innovative equipment for production of anhydrous oil. As an alternative to pumping production, a compressor method is proposed, with the location of the compressor on the surface of the wells. Energy-saving compressor method of operation allows oil production without lifting to the surface of associated water and without the use of underground pumps. The technology is energy efficient, ergonomic, independent of import.

  • Significantly increase ORR (Oil Recovery Ratio);
  • Reduce energy consumption and costs of well workover (current and capital repairs of wells).

These factors provide low cost of extracted oil and fast payback of the equipment.

  • The technology is applicable both for existing wells and for the construction.
  • Offshore production: it is Possible to construct a nitrogen plant on a small vessel that can be attached to the platform.

The need to introduce new ergonomic equipment into oil production is caused by the following factors:

  • Currently, the cost of oil production is high. This is due to the high cost of operation of the equipment. Many fields are equipped with bulky underground pumping equipment, which often fails and requires constant repair and maintenance costs.
  • Many fields extract oil with a high water content, low quality. This causes additional costs to rise to the surface of the associated water, its storage, preparation and injection back into the reservoir. There is a problem of utilization of associated water.
  • High operating costs and equipment maintenance costs, low oil quality and oil QUALITY create a tendency to turn the oil business into a low-profit one. The tendency to increase these costs still stays in place.

It is necessary to provide high productivity, energy saving, high quality of the extracted oil at low cost.

  • Quick and easy to install and put into operation;
  • The inflow of products from the reservoir into the well is controlled online;
  • It is operated on any oil wells: new, undeveloped, decommissioned and even offshore wells;
  • The uniqueness of the technology: production is carried out without underground pumps and without lifting to the surface of associated formation water at any wells.
  • Reducing the percentage of water in oil and increasing the oil recovery rate;
  • Reduction of energy consumption and cost of ground water infrastructure;
  • Reduction of costs for repair of underground oilfield equipment.
