High-Energy Powders (HEP) — composite granules combining two or more components capable of exothermic (with energy release) or endothermic (with energy absorption) interaction with each other.

CRMS

It is an aluminum-matrix composite material with boron and tungsten containing particles for complex protection against ionizing radiation.
CRMS solves the problem of complex protection of personnel and electronic equipment from ionizing radiation, without burdening the technical means with excess weight as a structural and functional material embedded in the load-bearing frame.

COMPOSITE CORE

The aim of this project is to develop a domestic commercial analogue of the composite material for the core fibers, which is an important direction for the cable industry of the Russian Federation.
A distinctive feature of the proposed solution: development of a fundamentally new type of continuous fibers of aluminum oxide reinforced with nanofibers of aluminum oxide or mullitecorundum.
In fact, it is proposed to obtain a composite fiber of the aluminum oxide-aluminum oxide system.

SPECIAL FABRICS

Special types of fabrics designed to work in extreme conditions – fire, cold, heat radiation, chemically aggressive substances, and electric current. Development is carried out in conjunction with the Institute NIIEMI. Various materials are currently being tested.

OIL SERVICE

We would like to bring to your attention the new innovative equipment for production of anhydrous oil. As an alternative to pumping production, a compressor method is proposed, with the location of the compressor on the surface of the wells. Energy-saving compressor method of operation allows oil production without lifting to the surface of associated water and without the use of underground pumps. The technology is energy efficient, ergonomic and independent of import.

Scaffold technology is cultivation of cells on three-dimensional carrier substrates for the purpose of spatial formation of the future cell organ.

RECYCLING

Russia currently produces more than 1 million tons of aluminum sulfate (aluminum sulphate) per year. The number of enterprises exceeded 25.
In Europe, the production of aluminum sulfate exceeds 2 million tons per year at 59 plants. Of this amount, more than 50% is used for the production of paper and pulp, about 30% — for water purification, and the remainder for wastewater treatment and other technical purposes.
The U.S. currently produces up to 1.4 million tons of aluminum sulfate per year.
